Anime Vanguards' Winter Update 3.0: A Festive Frost-Filled Frenzy!

Developer Kitawari has unleashed Anime Vanguards Winter Update 3.0, bringing a blizzard of changes to this popular tower defense game. Expect a revamped lobby, a host of new units, exciting new game modes, and a plethora of quality-of-life improvements designed to keep the winter spirit alive for weeks to come.

The most striking alteration? The lobby itself has undergone a complete transformation. Anime fans will revel in the significantly expanded space, providing a much more comfortable starting point for each session. This overhaul is complemented by a remastered UI, boasting a cleaner, more intuitive stage selection interface. As Kitawari explains in the patch notes, the previous lobby was simply too cramped to accommodate the game's growing content. The new lobby is described as "10x more impressive," even featuring a customizable day/night cycle accessible in the settings menu.

Anime Vanguards Winter Update 3.0 introduces a redesigned lobby, 12 new units, and more.

Key highlights of the update include:

  • New Game Modes: Dive into "Portals," a fresh game mode with unique mechanics and tiered rewards. Utilize winter units and skins for enhanced team damage and bonus rewards. Experiment freely in the new "Sandbox Mode," allowing unrestricted strategy testing.

  • 12 New Units: Collect 12 brand-new units scattered across a Winter Banner, the Portals game mode, the battle pass, and leaderboard rewards.

  • Quality-of-Life Enhancements: Enjoy smoother unit placement, improved Evolution Quest visibility, searchable skin and familiar windows, and clearer unit targeting indicators.

This update builds on the momentum established since the game's launch last January, following a substantial November update inspired by the anime series Dandadan. For a complete list of active codes, visit here.
