Android Open Beta Unveils 'Shadow of the Depth' Roguelike
ChillyRoom's highly anticipated action roguelike, Shadow of the Depth, is currently in open beta on Android! Best of all, there's no data wipe, meaning your progress will carry over to the official release. This is a great opportunity to experience the game, provide feedback to the developers, and retain your achievements.
From the creators of popular titles like Soul Knight and Meow Hunter, Shadow of the Depth is slated for a December 2024 launch. Currently, the open beta is limited to select regions.
Open Beta Availability:
The open beta is live in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, UK, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. It's free to download and play. Global release is expected later this year for other regions.
Open Beta Rewards:
Players who log in during the open beta period (until December 5th) will receive 200 diamonds as a reward for their participation.
Gameplay Overview:
Shadow of the Depth blends classic action roguelike mechanics with a medieval setting. Players assume the role of Arthur, a blacksmith's son seeking revenge against monsters who destroyed his village. He's joined by swordsmen, hunters, and mages in their descent into a monster-infested abyss.
Expect intense combat, challenging traps within randomized dungeons, and formidable boss encounters. With over 140 passive skills and a robust talent system, players can deeply customize their gameplay style. The game features single-player gameplay with controller support.
