Much like classic shoot 'em ups, you pilot an aircraft and blast away waves of enemies descending from above. But success demands more than quick reflexes: you must learn boss attack patterns, upgrade your plane and pilot, and decide when to attack and when to defend. Master Movement

First, keep in mind that not every projectile needs to be avoided. When you spot pink bullets heading your way, you can actually absorb them. Collect enough of these, and you can unleash a powerful counter-attack against your foes. So if it's pink, stand your ground. Also, remember that you don't have to eliminate every single enemy. Some will simply fly from the top to the bottom of the screen and then vanish. While destroying more enemies boosts your score, there's no need to put yourself in harm's way unnecessarily.

Don't just equip gear to your pilots—enhance it using the "fuse" feature. This increases the gear's level cap and improves its stats. You'll need at least three copies of the same gear to perform a fuse. Fortunately, this isn't as hard as it sounds. Numerous in-game activities reward gear, so duplicate items will pile up in your inventory quicker than you think.
