CitNOW Bodyshop is a specialized video solution within the CitNOW automotive software suite. This tool enables technicians to capture both video footage and still images of collision damage and pre-existing issues (including smart repairs or previous retail work) on vehicles. Videos can be instantly shared via the app with insurers and vehicle owners for quick approvals. During recordings, assessors can tap the screen to highlight specific damage areas with still images while maintaining uninterrupted video capture. The app also provides an option to take high-definition photos upon completing each video session. Users can easily input recipient details for automated email/SMS notifications containing a mobile-friendly link to review and approve repairs digitally, streamlining communication and reducing costs. CitNOW Bodyshop accelerates approval workflows while boosting profitability through retail upsell opportunities and creating definitive vehicle condition records. The solution is officially approved by major insurers such as Admiral and Aviva.
