How To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.
Playing R.E.P.O. with friends is a blast, but even the best squads face tough odds against the game's relentless monsters. Sometimes, a teammate bites the dust. Luckily, reviving fallen comrades is possible, and we're here to show you how.

Each round in R.E.P.O. starts with 100 health. Monsters and even your own grenades can quickly deplete this. Health packs at the Service Station offer replenishment, and a unique team mechanic lets players share health by interacting with each other's health bars.

Despite these health-boosting options, sometimes your team takes a hit, and a teammate goes down. When this happens, their head falls to the ground. Locate it—the map uses a small icon matching their character color to help—and grab it. Finding the head is only the first step.
Where To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.
With the fallen teammate's head in your inventory, head to the extraction point. Drop the head at the point. Provided you've met the round's loot requirement (check the top right of your screen), your teammate will respawn with 1 HP. Entering the truck will give them a health boost.
Alternatively, if retrieving the head proves impossible, starting a new round will also revive your teammate. Similar to Call of Duty Zombies, this round-based system brings back dead players at the start of a new round. While this leaves your team at a slight disadvantage for the remainder of the round, it can be a strategic advantage, especially for newer players who can observe experienced players and learn from their strategies.
