The wrestling world is no stranger to crossovers, but WWE has recently accelerated its presence in mobile gaming. It's no surprise that their next collaboration is with the widely enjoyed casual title, Empires & Puzzles.

As expected, this new event, starting May 26th, introduces top WWE stars to Empires & Puzzles. Both veteran players and newcomers can challenge and recruit major names like Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, and even the current champion John Cena.

Naturally, a WWE partnership wouldn't be complete without iconic pro-wrestling elements. To that end, three new passive abilities—Striker, Technician, and Powerhouse—will be introduced. There's also a new status effect called Grapple, which works well with the ability to activate signature moves like Triple H's Pedigree.

Throughout the event's 10 stages of match-three battles, you'll recruit each defeated guest hero to your team. Along the way, you'll unlock brand-new signature moves and exclusive rewards. With six weeks to complete the event, there's ample time to get comfortable with the new wrestling-themed mechanics.
