The Hang: A Swiss Idiophone
The Hang, a unique musical instrument classified as an idiophone, originates from Switzerland. Its distinctive "UFO" shape is formed by two deep-drawn, nitrided steel half-shells glued together at the edges, leaving a hollow interior. The top ("Ding") features a central note and seven or eight surrounding tone fields, all hammered into the metal. The bottom ("Gu") is a plain surface with a central, rolled hole producing a tuned note when the rim is struck. It's also known as a handpan.
The Hang's design incorporates principles similar to steelpans, but adapted to function as a Helmholtz resonator. Its creation stemmed from extensive research into steelpans and other instruments.

Interesting instrument! The description is intriguing, but I'd like to hear it in person to fully appreciate it.
这款游戏操作太难了,经常翻车,而且有点枯燥,玩一会儿就不想玩了。
Instrument original. La description est intéressante, mais je n'ai pas assez d'informations pour me faire une opinion.
