Uno! Mobile and other titles receive Beyond Color update
Mattel163 enhances accessibility in its mobile card games with the "Beyond Colors" update. This update introduces colorblind-friendly decks for Phase 10: World Tour, Uno! Mobile, and Skip-Bo Mobile.
Instead of relying on traditional color cues, the new decks use simple shapes—squares, triangles, circles, and stars—to represent the different colors. This allows players with color blindness to easily distinguish between cards.
This inclusive update reflects Mattel163's commitment to broadening accessibility. To activate the Beyond Colors decks, access your in-game account settings via your avatar and select the new deck theme.
The Cleveland Clinic estimates that approximately 300 million people worldwide experience color blindness. By implementing these new deck options, Mattel163 aims to make its games enjoyable for a significantly larger player base. The consistent shape system across all three games ensures a seamless experience. Mattel has further pledged to make 80% of its game portfolio colorblind-accessible by 2025.
Uno! Mobile, a mobile adaptation of the classic card game, challenges players to deplete their hands first. Phase 10: World Tour focuses on rapid phase completion, while Skip-Bo Mobile offers a unique take on solitaire.
Download Uno! Mobile, Skip-Bo Mobile, and Phase 10: World Tour from the App Store and Google Play. For more information on Mattel163 and the Beyond Colors update, visit their official website or follow them on Facebook.
